Here you have your own little house with space for up to 4 people. The guest house is located in Cologne-Mülheim, on the right bank of the Rhine, the multi-cultural metropolis of "Schäl Sick". Located close to the Rhine, you can get to the city quickly thanks to the good transport links. The entire guest house was renovated and refurbished in spring 2021 and offers comfort and cosiness. The granny apartment is quietly located in a residential area, but still central. The train station is only 1.2 km away and can be easily reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot. From there you can reach Cologne and Düsseldorf by train in just 15 - 20 minutes. The BayArena stadium is in the immediate vicinity (800 m). There is also a nice adventure pool & sauna here. The pedestrian zone of Leverkusen (1.1 km) offers a large shopping center with supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and restaurants.

A bright, comfortable 4th-floor attic filled with original art by your host. Entire private floor with cozy sleeping area and small bath with separate shower. Just 5 minutes by foot to Opladen train station and 16 minutes by train to Cologne (Köln Hbf). Cafés and shops nearby by foot. Note: There is no kitchen, which makes the space perfect for short stays. A microwave is available in the room. The stairwell is shared with other apartments, the entire attic floor is private for your stay.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Detached, solidly built bungalow, 44 m², 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and small garden with terrace and barbecue. Bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out sofa bed as additional sleeping accommodation for max. 2 persons. The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in January and February 2026. As a welcome gift, you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the refrigerator.

Apartment 1 is 30m2 and has been completely renovated in summer 2016. A kitchenette is fully furnished with dishwasher, hotplates, microwave, as well as a Senseo coffee machine. There are no laundry facilities in this apartment. The light-filled living space is modern and lovingly furnished. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and sleep well in the double bed (width 140 cm). It is located in an idyllic district with half-timbered houses and is close to the center of Leichlingen. Leichlingen is a small town on the edge of the Bergisches Land and easily accessible from Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal. Bicycles and a parking space can be used. Contactless check-in is also possible.

You can also have access by Train to the Köln Messe with a direct train from the Leverkusen Mitte Train Station near the apartment in only 15 minutes.
