Good stay with very kind hosts. They left all the coffee fixings and personal hygiene items. They offered a late checkout and are very easy to communicate with. If you are looking for an affordable, convenient and easy stay this is it.

This is a very conveniently located, well maintained property if you want to be anywhere around Isla Verde beach. Everything that you need for a beach vacation was easily accessible. We decided to skip hotels this time and stay at this Airbnb where we felt there was a better value for your $$s. Highly recommended and we look forward to our next stay here

Sylvette was a wonderful host! She really felt like a mother figure, always open to conversations about anything. Her warmth was especially evident when she spoke about our son back home. Man what can I say Manuel’s place was a delight and pretty central we rented a car and it wasn’t bad at all. The only thing is the shower water was warm. Other than that thank you for the time and will be booking again if we come back to PR

Excelente ubicación, es un vecindario tranquilo y algo céntrico lo cual es bueno porque no tuvimos malas experiencias con la electricidad en nuestra estadía. La casa cuenta con lo necesario en la cocina (sazones), baño (papel, toallas, jabones y shampoo), habitaciones (sábanas y aire acondicionado).

Me encantó la casa, un lugar tranquilo. Definitivo para pasar un weekend en familia a gusto. Mis perros estuvieron felices y explorando.

Samuel’s place is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had everything we needed. We loved listening to the nighttime sounds. Sitting outside at night was one of our favorite times. If you want to be in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, then this is the place for you! Highly recommend Samuel’s place.

Me quedé con mi familia para despedir y recibir el 2025. Es un sitio tan hermoso, tranquilo, lejos de vecinos. Quedamos encantados con el lugar desde que llegamos. Victor y su esposa nos recibieron y estuvieron pendientes siempre a que nuestra estadía fuera la mejor. Todo impecable. La casa en su interior estaba limpia, colchones suaves para un buen dormir, toallas extras disponibles etc. Todo estaba como en las fotos. Me encantó que tenia decoracion navideña. Nos sentimos como en casa. Agua caliente y todo lo que puedas necesitar. En los alrededores habia muchas plantas, arboles frutales y mucha vegetacion. Lo recomiendo 100%. Volveremos pronto. My parents and I loved this place! it was peacefull, we could listen to the Coquís which we loved it, very quiet and the apartment was clean and looked as described and in the pictures. We loved this place. Franchesca was very responsive and a great host! It's conveniently located next to the beach, grocery store, great restaurants and a pharmacy. The house was beautiful and we loved the patio. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location—close to lots of great restaurants and more importantly, the beach! The bed was big and the apartment has the bare minimum. It could use a few more cooking tools. I had to purchase food that either required minimum cooking or just to heat up. I was working remotely, and the internet was strong during most of my meetings. If you don’t need much, this apartment is perfect!

Lovely stay in an amazing community. The apartment had all the amenities I could ask for and had no problems at all during our stay. Super close walk to Escambrón is a huge plus too!

I was 100% pleased with Ray’s condo and amazed at what a wonderful host he was. He was so attentive and answered all of my questions through email immediately. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. The location was incredible right on the Condado strip. My daughters and I felt safe and had a great experience walking up and down the strip going to all of the great restaurants and having the beach within a 5-10 minute walk. I will definitely be contacting Ray the next time we visit Puerto Rico, and I suggest you do the same!
