Monthly Rentals in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn

I really enjoyed my stay at Tommie’s and felt very much at home. The apartment is spacious; with a very comfortable common area, with sofa, TV and dining area, a modern kitchen with everything you need. There were two bathrooms, which is convient when there are other guests staying. The room was cozy and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Bay Ridge is a great neighborhood, full of restaurants and plenty of grocery stores nearby. The subway is a 5-minute walk with direct lines to Downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan. Tommie is a great guy and he cares very much for his hosts and for making his space warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back during one of my next visits.

I stayed at this lovely place for two months and only have positive things to say! As a young women traveling to the city alone I was anxious that the place I stayed was safe, and Sophie and Kotaro made sure that every question I had was answered swiftly, and that I had everything I needed. The bathroom and kitchen spaces were always immaculately clean, with fresh linens and towels whenever I requested! The location is near the water and very quiet and residential, full of amazing places to eat, and despite being away from Manhattan it was only a four minute walk for me to the R train that goes straight into the city! I always felt safe walking around at night in this area and I would highly, highly recommend staying here! Thank you Sophie and Kotaro for your kindness, your care, and for making my trip to NYC so amazing!!!
