Perfect location - quiet with a lovely view across the lake to the town centre. Our stay was only for two night's and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Didn't have the opportunity to meet Mel in person, but great communicator with messages. Will definitely recommend this ABnB to others and will definitely use again ourselves. Thank you Mel for a perfect stay!

Caron’s cabin was rustic and as described. Facilities were good for one night, Caron left us some eggs and fruit from the land. Caron greeted us on arrival and added some history to the cabin which was great. It was a great place for us to stay on our long drive down south. Be warned, creepy crawlies love the cabin also!!

Had an amazing stay. Donna was such a great host. The kids loved the outdoor bath. Would highly recommend.

As far as a host goes, you won't find a better one than Anne! From the get go, she was friendly and prompt in all her replies and went above and beyond for our stay. Her home was just as described, fresh, clean and cosy! We thoroughly recommend her and will definitely be in touch for our next trip to Rotorua!

We had a lovely stat at Barn loft . The place was beautifully presented and very cosy, making it the perfect retreat. Being able to bring our dog along was an added bonus that made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The cottage is in a great location. It was smaller than expected and unfortunately we were unable to sit outside but otherwise the cottage was a great place for a relaxing vacation. Would recommend and stay there again. Thanks Sharon.

Such a beautiful peaceful place to stay with lovely gardens. Fun to see the cows running in the fields nearby. Nice breakfast items including fresh fruit, milk, juice, yogurt, honey, cereal, bread and jelly.

You will feel right at home here! We stayed 2 nights at this self contained unit, and it was lovely! Everyone was clean and tidy. Kitchen had all the basics you will ever need, including a freshly baked bread!! Hosts were also very responsive and had great recommendations for dining and activities. They also have a beautiful garden with chickens you can feed and help yourself to their eggs. Overall, simply lovely. We would stay here again!

Absolute a great place to escape and relax for a family or 2 couples! Warm, very well maintained and how can you beat waking up to the sunrise coming out of the ocean!

A great private spot about 15 minutes from Taupo. A nice tidy and cozy space with a spa and everything you need for a peaceful get away. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin, super friendly hosts and a nice cosy cabin with everything we needed and beautiful views. We made the most of the rainy evening and went to see the glow worms down the driveway. Also the homemade bread and little treats were a super nice touch.

We had a truly lovely stay. The host was incredibly responsive — always quick to reply and very helpful. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and having a dehumidifier in the room made a real difference. The location is excellent — easy to get to, yet very private and peaceful. We really appreciated the quiet and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This stay was booked for my parents birthday present. I found communication with Jackie great, it was clear and quick responses. My parents said “It is a nice quiet and comfortable setting. Well resourced with everything you need. Nice and clean. The owners and son were very helpful.

The Masters Chamber is an ideal peaceful, secluded, getaway spot. The views are amazing. I definitely recommend it as a great place to stay!

Absolutely perfect for us. Get escape away from people and just super relaxing watching the ocean views. The Bach is the typical kiwi bach very easy to feel at home. We will definitely stay again if we can.

Great wee studio. Really only for a couple or single - perfect for them. Comfy bed, lovely set-up with the spa-pool under the trees, great outlook to garden from the bedroom. There's a an excellent walkway through a reserve a couple of minutes up the road with a stunning view out over Rotorua township and lake; beautiful in autumn with changing leaves. Probably about 10 or 15mins from Polynesian Spa etc downtown. Only 9mins to the International Stadium if you are visiting to support your child in sport as we were! TV/DVD set up was good too. With good Weber BBQ and kitchen. Shower is small but totally fine and sheets furnishings etc are excellent. A very good AirBNB in a stand-alone, purpose-built, studio in the lovely yard behind the main house, with easy access. Highly recommended.

We loved Tisha's place, it was great location to pop into Taupo and to the hot pools - exactly what we wanted for a long weekend. It was also super clean and comfy!

This is such a gem being right on the beach and even in stormy weather a treat to watch surfers and listen to the crashing waves. Simple, quaint and perfect for our family of four would stay here again!
