Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bay of Plenty Region

We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Rotorua. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I especially loved that I could walk from the house to the trails in the Whakarewarewa Forest.

Absolutely beautiful location, stunning views, pristine house, comfy bed and very private. Only thing we’d note is the hot tub is super dark around it and it has no steps to get in or out which felt a bit dangerous with having the drop around the edge. Absolutely recommend this place, we loved it and beautiful location.

Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! Joe was extremely communicative and helpful, ensuring it was easy for us to get into the house and had everything we needed for our family of young kids. We had a fantastic stay at Toka Ridge, booking the beautiful “Toka 4 – Koko” villa. It was a last-minute trip to Rotorua, and we truly lucked out finding this absolute gem. The villa was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed, a perfect home away from home. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The villa had everything we needed and more, including a luxurious spa pool an absolute highlight, especially with Rotorua’s cozy, rainy weather! For those new to the area, the guest book provided at the property is incredibly helpful. It’s full of local recommendations, tips, and helpful information to make the most of both the home and the Rotorua experience. A big thank you to our host, Liam, who was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Toka Ridge exceeded our expectations the kids loved it, we loved it, and we’re already planning our next visit!

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

We had planned to stay a few years ago but sadly Covid stopped our plans so it had been a long time coming and it did not disappoint in the slightest! The location was perfect and the house was spacious and grand yet had cosy areas to sit around the fire, all the games the kids could dream of a a chefs dream kitchen! Not to mention the spa and the wonderful bath for those of us that wanted to simply relax! We have already booked again and can’t wait! What a find xx

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

Had an incredible stay here. It was very cozy, private and quiet, perfect way to relax and recharge. Everything you could need is available and easy to use. The outdoor bath was definitely a highlight of the stay. Will definitely come back again

Spent a couple days and had a great time. The place is amazing! It’s private but the hosts leave very clear instructions. All the amenities mentioned in the listing was there. Lovely view, great to watch from the hot tub. Thanks for a lovely stay!
