Townhouse holiday rentals in Bay Lake

This house was perfect for our trip! We were 2 adult couples with children and it was more than enough space. It was very comfortable and perfect for winding down after park days! The amenities of the community are also top notch!

The place was good.. great price, amazing location, very calm, comfortable, and we all felt like home. Only two complaints we found a few plates in the cabinets that were a little dirty probably from last guests (probably ate some sticky food that couldn’t get cleaned by the dishwasher) not a big deal for us since we washed our dishes by hand before using them either way, but worth mentioning. Also the AC system doesn’t cool enough, but to be respectful of the house rules we kept it at 70 it was still a little hot for our taste, but nothing crazy. Regardless we really enjoyed our stay and we do recommend Luis and tati’s listings, we most likely will be booking with them again.

This was by far our favorite Airbnb stay and we’ve stayed at dozens over the years. The listing was 100% accurate, and the home was *immaculately* clean…truly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Not a single bug or ant in sight, which has been an issue at other homes we've rented in Orlando so we really appreciated that. We stayed with an infant, and all of the baby amenities provided were perfect and incredibly helpful and made our trip so much easier. The heated pool and grill were amazing additions and made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, answering any questions almost immediately. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Jon’s Villa and it did not disappoint! Best location in the resort! Very well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The property was beautifully done, the themed rooms, game room were all decorated so cool. The private pool was great, the only thing is our bed was very firm but if u like a firm bed then that’s great! The door to the Mickey Mouse room would stick and we got stuck in the room several times. But that’s an easy fix. This property was one of the best I’ve stayed in and the property owners are very responsive.

The place was great! This unit came with many extras that other units didn’t. We had 3 different rentals simultaneously and this one was head and shoulders above the rest in every way. The kitchen had plenty of extras to cook and serve food and reheat meals and an ice maker etc. the pool was borderline a hot tub with the heater running and was perfect at night with early spring temperatures in the 50’s. The themed rooms were all very well decorated and were a hit with the kids. The development is secure at the end of a long road with a staffed security gate that required a code to enter and the neighborhood was safe and secure with water and walls surrounding it on all sides. Restaurants and shopping areas were very close and Uber/Lyft is all we needed to get anywhere we wanted to go. The owners were responsive and friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this rental and will likely return. We’ve stayed in many houses and this one was great.

All was beyond great. The only issue was that the hot tub never worked, the technician came by, 3 straight days, and it wasn’t the owners problem, there was just an electrical issue that didn’t let the Hot Tub work properly, so we couldn’t use it at all.

Amazing host, communicated throughout my trip, answered all my questions and concerns, the home looks exactly like the photos, cleaning was superb, there was nothing to complain about. The home helped make my trip be even better and I will definitely book with them again and again, felt like home. 10/10 stars!!🫶🏽🫶🏽

Incredible place to stay! My family had the best week in this home. It was very clean and everyone had their own space. The hosts were very friendly and response. Great location we loved the closeness to Walmart and the Disney parks! The surrounding area has some really cool stores and restaurants to stop at!

Great place for our extended family of 8 (4 young kids) for our 5 night stay. Plenty of space and the kids rooms were lots of fun. The water park in the complex was fantastic and a great place to cool off for the morning or after a long day out and about. Close to everything you need for a family vacation in the Orlando area. Only comment would be to have a few pantry staples/extra kitchen utensils available for those on a longer stay. Would book again if we make another trip to Central Florida.

Luis was a great host! The house is absolutely amazing. My friends and I enjoyed the heated pool in the back. Plenty of towels provided. Hot showers. Absolutely no bugs and a quiet neighborhood. Next time I am in the Orlando area I will stay here. Thank you!

We have stayed in many places and by far Dave’s place was the best. If I could give it a 10 I would the decor was on point just right for our Disney trip the place was very spacious and very clean the location is close to stores and the park Dave made sure our stay was special and if we needed anything he was quick to respond I can’t wait to come again and stay you won’t be disappointed.

I was in Orlando for a convention and this place was perfect. I truly wish I could’ve experience more of the amenities they had to offer. But I was so busy with the convention and tired when I got back. The place puts you right to sleep because it feels like home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking with them again when I have a small group. Melissa & Joe made sure they had no room for error with messages informing me about everything there is to do around in the area. Also to making sure there place was tidy. I can keep going on and on yet the point is there place was great and so were they.

Very clean. Excellent location right next to Old Town. If you came for the major theme parks, don’t skip over Old Town. Super fun 60s vibe with rides, shops, games, and classic car cruises every Saturday. I was amazed at all the wildlife we saw right there on the property. An entire herd of 8 deer were walking right through the area. Very peaceful surroundings. Nice property with a pool, gym, market, and sports bar. Very close to Disney.

The place was lovely everything was nice the only thing I have to say is the beds are hard all but the master bedroom is the only soft mattress my back hurt every morning couldn’t wait to get home to my own bed other than that the place was nice
