Townhouse holiday rentals in Bay Lake

The place was good.. great price, amazing location, very calm, comfortable, and we all felt like home. Only two complaints we found a few plates in the cabinets that were a little dirty probably from last guests (probably ate some sticky food that couldn’t get cleaned by the dishwasher) not a big deal for us since we washed our dishes by hand before using them either way, but worth mentioning. Also the AC system doesn’t cool enough, but to be respectful of the house rules we kept it at 70 it was still a little hot for our taste, but nothing crazy. Regardless we really enjoyed our stay and we do recommend Luis and tati’s listings, we most likely will be booking with them again.

We loved the house! Very homey and convenient. We didn’t have a car so we didn’t drive or walk the property much but pool was very close. The kids loved it. We took an uber daily to Disney. Nice it was a gated community, felt safe. Would definitely book again.

This was by far our favorite Airbnb stay and we’ve stayed at dozens over the years. The listing was 100% accurate, and the home was *immaculately* clean…truly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Not a single bug or ant in sight, which has been an issue at other homes we've rented in Orlando so we really appreciated that. We stayed with an infant, and all of the baby amenities provided were perfect and incredibly helpful and made our trip so much easier. The heated pool and grill were amazing additions and made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the hosts were incredibly responsive, answering any questions almost immediately. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend!

James’ place was the perfect hub to make our family vacation seamless. The unit was as described and very family friendly. We appreciated having multiple pack-n-play’s and a high chair- Overall we would recommend this place and would rent from James again.

Joe’s place is right next to a Walmart super center and Starbucks making it super convenient. All the Disney resorts are 15 min drive even with traffic. Place was clean, kitchen was sufficiently stocked and beds/ towels/ linen were well stocked and comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and the AC worked great in the April Florida heat. Easy check in and check out instructions.

What a great stay. We were so happy and thrilled with our stay. I don't think we will even look around next time, if this is available. Here are some things that we noticed, and we have stayed in many AirBnBs 1. This place looked exactly like the photos. The decor, the spaciousness, everything was pristine. 2. The amenities, such as shampoo, soaps, all the little things that make a difference. Smelled great and did not feel cheap. 3. Washer and Dryer were full size and amazing to wash your clothes after a few days of getting rained on. 4. The kitchen....easy to use, we were able to find everything we needed to cook...all we needed was to buy food. I love to cook and the kitchen was perfect for us. 5. TV's at AirBnB's are always a pain, but we were able to get local channels easily, and log into all our streaming apps. 6. The Hosts were amazing. We have a special needs son, and made a mistake, they were so accommodating and understanding. Definitely recommend and will come back.

We regularly stay at the Encantado resort, and our stay at Steven's place was by far the longest Airbnb we've ever done. Steven made sure our stay was super comfortable the moment we arrived, and the property had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfy and ideal after lots of walking, driving, or just relaxing at home. Amenities were a plenty, and laundry was a blessing alongside a regularly cleaned private pool. We definitely utilized the fully stocked kitchen for cooking at home too. Only downside is the main larger pool area of the complex was under construction, but this doesn't take away from how amazing Steven's place is. Will definitely be back.

This place is absolutely gorgeous!! Looks just like the photos. Super clean and very spacious. A definite wow factor from top to bottom as soon as you walk into the home. I will definitely book again soon. My family enjoyed our stay 😃

This place was exactly as pictured and included all amenities as listed. The home was very clean and was close to many activities that we had planned for our trip! Elena was a great host. She even included a welcome binder with all of the information we needed to make our stay as smooth as possible. I would recommend this home and would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Incredible place to stay! My family had the best week in this home. It was very clean and everyone had their own space. The hosts were very friendly and response. Great location we loved the closeness to Walmart and the Disney parks! The surrounding area has some really cool stores and restaurants to stop at!

Great place for our extended family of 8 (4 young kids) for our 5 night stay. Plenty of space and the kids rooms were lots of fun. The water park in the complex was fantastic and a great place to cool off for the morning or after a long day out and about. Close to everything you need for a family vacation in the Orlando area. Only comment would be to have a few pantry staples/extra kitchen utensils available for those on a longer stay. Would book again if we make another trip to Central Florida.

This home is a great place to stay! Very clean and the host is very nice and understanding. We had a slight problem durning our stay, the host handle the issue very well and that meant a lot to us. Walmart and other stores are walking distance which was great for my group. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool due the weather but it looked really nice.

Ron was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The home was beautiful and very clean. We would love to stay again when we come back.

We have stayed in many places and by far Dave’s place was the best. If I could give it a 10 I would the decor was on point just right for our Disney trip the place was very spacious and very clean the location is close to stores and the park Dave made sure our stay was special and if we needed anything he was quick to respond I can’t wait to come again and stay you won’t be disappointed.

I was in Orlando for a convention and this place was perfect. I truly wish I could’ve experience more of the amenities they had to offer. But I was so busy with the convention and tired when I got back. The place puts you right to sleep because it feels like home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking with them again when I have a small group. Melissa & Joe made sure they had no room for error with messages informing me about everything there is to do around in the area. Also to making sure there place was tidy. I can keep going on and on yet the point is there place was great and so were they.

Very clean. Excellent location right next to Old Town. If you came for the major theme parks, don’t skip over Old Town. Super fun 60s vibe with rides, shops, games, and classic car cruises every Saturday. I was amazed at all the wildlife we saw right there on the property. An entire herd of 8 deer were walking right through the area. Very peaceful surroundings. Nice property with a pool, gym, market, and sports bar. Very close to Disney.

Place had everything we needed, easy instructions, responsive host, comfortable beds and spacious place. Close to shops and restaurants.

Kimberly and Gustavo were great hosts. The home was absolutely beautiful, looked just like the pictures, and their responsiveness was top tier. Would recommend to friends and will look to stay in their home again in the future. Such a welcoming home made this trip that much more enjoyable!
