Monthly Rentals in Bay Farm Island

Berhard was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It felt like I was staying with a friend. The views of the sunset was absolutely magnificent. Very healing and quiet space!! I can’t wait to be back!

The apartment was easy to find, and in a nice location that I felt safe in. It was easily walkable to Alameda Market and lots of restaurants. The space was tidy with a full kitchen, huge comfy couch, and large bed with a memory foam mattress. The AC unit worked great and so did the washer & dryer. Definitely a great place to stay for a couple nights, I stayed for a week and was missing some home comforts like typical pantry essentials/seasonings/Keurig, wall decor, TV in the bedroom, etc. Alan was responsive and helpful towards all my questions and was easygoing about extending my stay twice. Thanks so much!

My family and I had a great stay at Chad’s place. The place is adorable and the plants in the backyard are gorgeous! We appreciated how friendly and responsive Chad was. Two people stayed on the bed and two stayed on the couch, which folds out. The couch and bed are all in the same room.

Caroline's place was just what I needed for my first time out in the Bay Area for work. The place is clean, easily accessible, private, and in a peaceful, quiet area. It is a very convenient area with a grocery store, gym, bank nearby. Caroline has done amazing at being communicative and considerate of my stay. Would highly recommend!
