Beach house holiday rentals in Bay City

This place is amazing, a paradise on the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean from a spacious deck or through the massive windows while sitting inside. The beach was right there, the neighborhood was quiet, the place was private, the house was well stocked and felt very cozy while providing all the amenities our family of 4 needed. There were also some fun toys for the kids. Not to mention Alison was very responsive, the instructions and house rules were clear and easy to follow We had a great great time.

My husband and I met our friends for a 20th anniversary trip in Pacific City. We can’t say enough about this house, the location and the host. The views were amazing from inside and from the deck! We saw whales and sea lions. The beach walks and sunsets were incredible. The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed for amazing stay. Todd and Katie were super responsive and helped us with many local recommendations. They even helped us celebrate our anniversary in a special way! Our first trip to the Oregon coast didn’t disappoint.. especially because of Pacific City and this Airbnb!

Amazing view! Very clean and organized, kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances. Plenty of linens provided. The space comfortably accommodated four adults. Getting to the beach is so easy.

Beautiful oasis! We have a two year old and four year old and truly enjoyed this special place. If you have littles be warned that there is a cliff drop off from the deck to the beach which wasn’t totally clear from the listing/ pics. Also there’s no pack and play or plastic cups/ plates etc for kids so bring your own and plan accordingly. Overall incredible experience and memories for a lifetime.

We loved the view of the water and how secluded the deck space felt! The home is so cozy and the decor very charming. This was a great location for us to explore along the coast and drive to Tillamook.

Lovely home and beautiful location. We only stayed for two nights, but really felt at home. The host had clearly organized the property with clear instructions and labels that got us acquainted with the property quickly.

We had such a wonderful getaway with our family! The house was perfect for us—spacious, clean, and comfortable. My boys especially loved the huge bathtub, and I really appreciated how close the beach was. Being able to walk there and take in that beautiful view made the trip even more memorable. Small studio that is shared with a larger home. I think the rest of the home is also a rental so we were thankful nobody else was there. Not exactly what I thought when renting out the “entire space” so not a crazy great value given the nightly rate. Very clean and short drive into Pacific City (less than 5min).

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

We had a great time here. Lovely home; beautifully furnished and decorated. Hot tub was lovely. Be prepared to get your steps in! Check out procedure was reasonable and easy.

We loved our stay at this cozy little place! As a parent of two small children who had stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, this is the most well stocked place we have ever stayed. My kids loved it and are asking to go back already. We had a couple hiccups during check in but Brandon and his team were responsive and quickly helped us solve the problems. We would love to come stay again. Oh, and the beds are comfy. Which you can’t say for all Airbnbs. ;) IYKYK

We had the most wonderful time at “Our Happy Place” the home was clean and so comfortable! Walking distance to the warm pool was a hit for our kids and the short walk to the beach was perfect for beach combing. The neighborhood was charming and so peaceful. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. One of the best air bnb’s we’ve ever stayed in!

The home was great, it fit our blended family well. The location in Olivia Beach provided lots of options for our small children. We highly recommend this vacation home!

we stayed here for our 24th anniversary and it was everything we wanted and more there was a problem with the water during our stay - Tyler responded very quickly getting us information on the problem it was a broken water pipe nearby not at his house and when we could expect it to be fixed he then bought us a lunch for the inconvenience and finally checked in with us later to make sure the water was back on when it was supposed to be (it was) his response made the issue not an issue do not hesitate to stay here - it was perfection in every way

Really enjoyed our stay! The dog basket was a really nice touch 😁 Comfortable rooms and really like the proximity to the Rockaway shops. I would stay here again.

Spencer’s beach house is fantastic! Convenient location, beautiful views of the ocean, and a quick walk over the hill to the beach. The house was spotless and beautiful.

If you’re looking for a classic beach cabin that is very clean, quiet and comfortable, then look no further. This gem is a short walk to the beach and town while being off the beaten path. Every year I stay here as often as I can. Deb, your host, is exceptional. She really cares about her guests experience and is very accommodating.

Elizabeth's house was very clean and tidy, and our stay was very peaceful. We regret not staying longer. You really feel at home there. Elizabeth was very friendly and attentive during our stay, and she even contacted me about an item I had left behind, which I really appreciated... I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again!

We really enjoyed Annie’s place. It suited us just fine for our group and was decorated so beautifully. It was also well stocked with many things in the kitchen and other areas we would highly recommend this place.

Peter’s A-frame was a great place to stay! Cozy setup just a short walk from the beach a local restaurants. My reservation was a bit last minute so I definitely appreciated the very quick reply for booking and easy check in. Overall had a very nice stay!
