Monthly Rentals in Bay City

Would reccomend staying here if you're a student doing rotations at any nearby hospitals! The location is conveniently located less than 20 minutes away from Covenant in a safe neighborhood. Josie greeted me at check in and toured the apartment with me. It had almost all of the amenities you need for a long term stay, which made moving in and out super easy. She was always accecssible via text, but I had a pleasant stay without any issues!

Loved the location. Nice pub right below, but not noisy at all. Very nice apartment. Slight issue with door for a brief moment. Staff was responsive, and polite when I tried contacting them in the incorrect way. Issue resolved very timely. Had to leave suddenly the before my last full night, but great bed, which is always a plus. Look forward to staying in the building again.

Perfect stay in a beautiful home and historic district. We were able to cook most nights and host family nearby as we were visiting from another state. Jason was responsive as I booked in advance and forgot about the instructions for the easy entry. I slept wonderfully and enjoyed two bathrooms. I forgot my phone inside after check out and Jason responded immediately and assisted me as we were on a schedule before flying out. Did not want to leave and plan to be back.

Not too big, not too small. Lindsay's place was everything we needed and nothing we didn't. We felt cozy and at home, perfect for resting between busy days. The beach is quite a walk but the hand drawn maps help to find the way!
