Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bay City

Lois’ place was beautiful, all of us wanted to stay longer! The house was clean and tidy and the surroundings peaceful. For only being five minutes from Frankenmuth it felt like we were somewhere much more isolated (in a good way). You won’t regret booking this place whether you’re visiting Frankenmuth, Birch Run, or just want a peaceful place to unwind.

Perfect location to stay at as my niece got married not far away (10 minutes) at the Little Flower Barn. Didn’t spend much time here as we were busy at the venue most of the time. Comfy beds, coffee and creamer provided.

It was a great stay, the house is close to the lake, couple of minutes walking, nice and peaceful surroundings. Clean and comfortable.

Jereme’s is a great place to stay for some much needed rest and relaxation. It’s a beautiful home but very comfortable, too. This A frame is a great deal for the amount of space and privacy you have. We enjoyed a fire outside one night and it was very peaceful. It is easy to find and super close by everything you could need. We enjoyed our time! Thanks again!

Luke and Angie Our stay was wonderful such a peaceful place and the woods are so beautiful our granddaughter loved walking in the woods. She made a new friend with cash she just loved him. What a gem Clark’s place is! The home itself is gorgeous, unique, extremely clean, and full of thoughtful artistic touches from Clarke. Tons of space and light inside. The house is like an art exhibit itself. We so enjoyed staying here and taking in the house! It’s also super usable— we cooked a lot in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Rooms were comfortable as well. Beautiful and quiet, private surroundings. I imagine in the summer it’s beautiful too! Clark was one of the most hospitable hosts we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. Not only through the thoughtful touches in the house, but he was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. He came by to introduce himself and walked us through some steps with the wood burning fireplace, and even gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy- so thoughtful! Downtown Midland is super close by and has several really good restaurants and coffee shops.

Had a great stay. It is a cozy little getaway. It was clean and cute. Lots of games inside for rainy days plus bonus games in the garage. Quiet neighborhood. We had no problems with anything. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

Very affordable, clean and cozy, and only a few minutes from the tridge and yummy food!

Spent a beautiful Christmas in the balcony suite. Had all the space and amenities of home. We were able to make an entire Christmas dinner as well as get a beautiful view of all the Christmas lights from our windows. Space was just as described and it could not have been more cozy with the winter season. Would happily stay here again any time!

Stayed for 15 days. This place is a great alternative to a hotel at about the same price. This is a nice neighborhood, quite yard, and very walkable for exercise. Great easy to get to location. When we had a problem with Spectrum wifi going out, Tamara was a bulldog, staying on it until it was completely done the same day. We recommend this place and will stay again if needed. Thank you!!

The apartment, and accommodation was above, and beyond our expectations!! Well thought out, was lacking nothing. Anything you thought you needed, was already there!! Hats off to you Fabian, job well done my friend 🔥👍🏾👍🏾

Cutest loft apartment and smells so wonderful. Everything was very clean and well put together. Amazing hospitality and location is wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again!

Cindy’s place was great and she was very accommodating as we were towing a trailer. She made sure to have a place for us to park and greeted us when we arrived. Very convenient location at a fair and reasonable price. I will stay again without hesitation.

This place had everything we needed and more. It was walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The place was clean. Check in and out was easy. Definitely a great host!
