Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. Cozy house with garden right on the Ems Cycle Path in Meppen! This house with 4 bright bedrooms can accommodate up to 7 people – perfect for families, couples, or cycling enthusiasts. Enjoy an equipped kitchen (with all appliances: stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher), laundry room with washing machine/dryer, 2 bathrooms (with bathtub and shower) as well as a sunny conservatory and large terrace for barbecuing and relaxing in the garden.

The house is made of wood, 130 square metres, with a wood-burning stove, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. There is a garden sauna, at the house, where 3 people can lie. There is a fire bowl in front of the sauna. Cost: €10 per hour for the sauna. Please register the sauna use as I have to give a short briefing. It can be grilled, a barbecue is ready.
