Greetings from Casa Luigi! Our cosy ground floor apartment is situated in a recently renovated house right in Baveno's historic centre. It offers a nice view of the lake and is surrounded by all the services that the city could offer: public parking, public transport, bars, restaurants, lakefront, a tourist information centre nearby, and two delicious grocery stores in case you don't feel like cooking or going to a restaurant! Loading/unloading with the car in front of the property is possible.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

It's right near the beach, centrally located on the lakefront, with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is right below the house. The bedroom windows and balcony overlooking the lake greet the sunrise in the morning and offer the view of the moon that mirrors the lake in the evening.

From the renovation of the old farmhouse of the grandmother, a large house consisting of two apartments has emerged. Upstairs is the large apartment, with the kitchen/living room area, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and three balconies. In particular, the terrace of the living area overlooks the lake with the three islands, where you can dine while enjoying the view.

Casa Verbena

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
