This is Balcony on Lake Maggiore, a lovely apartment with incomparable panoramic views of the lake. It is located inside a residence with swimming pool (open from June to September) and large green areas arranged on terraces, where you can enjoy the sun or rest in the shade in complete relax. From the parking lot with reserved parking space, you can access the property, with independent access, descending from characteristic stone stairs between lavender beds and hydrangea plants.

The accommodation is quiet, cool even during hot summer days, and is a 5-minute drive from the historic center of Intra. The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.

Casa Verbena

"... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
