Holiday rentals with a patio in Baveno

We had an amazing stay in this accommodation. It was super clean and stylish! Extra compliments to the host for being so attentive and helpfull with all the recommendations and the clear (photo) instructions.

We were allowed to spend a week in this magnificent apartment. You can quickly walk to the city centre, the shops and the lake. The large market on Wednesday is also within walking distance. The apartment is well furnished and in the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook for yourself. We thank Michael very much for the loving welcome with all the necessary information. Communication was really positive at all times. In the apartment, we were even provided with various groceries, such as spices, coffee, tea, sparkling wine, snacks, etc. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and will definitely come back. We felt so comfortable! Unfortunately, we had a rather rainy week... but in this spacious apartment, it was really ok. We were here with baby, the cot was set up especially - thank you! High chair also available. The little one took his first steps here, crawled around a lot and he was able to do that, because the apartment is really clean and tidy... Cozy and thoughtfully designed. It was possible to stay on the beautiful large terrace and in the shady green garden. Everything is available in the kitchen and in good condition. Sufficient seating, games and books. And everything in good condition. Not the old, almost broken, discarded one that ends up in some other apartments. Of course, it's always easy to park in the house in the large garage! Thank you! We will definitely come back!

Very well located and very clean apartment. The free pitches right next door are perfect. We are not in the bustle of Stresa but not far either. The location is the right balance between practical and quiet. Elena was very helpful and the exchanges were very courteous. We recommend the apartment.

Barbara's apartment is very nice above Lagos. We enjoyed the great view on the terrace every evening. The apartment is exactly as described and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Barbara is super nice and even spoiled us with a homemade focaccia and apricots from her garden. She also gave us good tips for activities. We felt very comfortable and can fully recommend the apartment.

A big and heartfelt thank you to Emilio for the wonderful week we spent in his apartment and at the campsite! Sometimes chance finds are the best finds :-) We could now repeat the same things from the previous positive reviews, but we will keep it short and confirm everything that has been written so far! But still, in addition to the impeccable apartment, we would like to highlight the exceptionally clean and very beautiful surroundings, more specifically the campsite including the super (large) pool and everything else the campsite has to offer and to which the apartment is attached. We hope that we will have the opportunity to spend our Pentecost holiday there again in the near future!

Lovely apartment and garden, amazing views. Exactly what we expected. The snack package on arrival was a nice touch after a long journey. Not an average airbnb! We will be back!

Although, the traffic is a bit loud in front of the house, the town and people were charming. I'd definitely go back. the house is very large and comfortable. the entry courtyard is gorgeous.

Christian's accommodation is a great place to explore the area. It is very clean and has everything you need. There are two outdoor areas for sitting, which is really great. Thanks to the key box, check-in is super flexible and easy, which was important to us. The accommodation is a 2-minute walk from the nearest parking and is easy to reach. We felt very comfortable!

We had a great holiday in Marco's apartment. Patrizia and her dog Lilli are on site and super nice. No matter what, she always helps and gives tips for the area. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

A lovely hideaway on a hillside near Lake Maggiore. Felix’s house has a larger plot for the Village, and there’s an extra garden swing and lower lounging area in the garden to enjoy throughout the day. The views are lovely and we felt very secluded. Peaceful retreat with great access to the shared pools, crazy golf and a restaurant meant we had things to do without having to drive down the hill everyday. Recommended

We were very kindly received and well informed by Lorenza! The house is equipped with all comforts, everything is present and everything was super clean. The garden is beautifully large and enclosed with a fence so that the dog can also walk around freely. On the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view and the quiet surroundings. The communication with Alberto was also super, always responded quickly and kindly. Alberto and Lorenza thank you for your hospitality, the chance that we will come again is great! Casa Eli was such a perfect spot. We swam in the lake at Alana every morning and then went hiking in the mountains in the afternoon. Cambiasca is a lovely little village with a great pizza restaurant, a couple of bars for coffee, and a 5 min drive for groceries. We especially enjoyed sitting in the terrace under the shade, and so appreciated the beautiful space Roberta has created with the exposed brick and high arched ceilings. Gorgeous - highly recommend that you stay here.

This Airbnb is lovely, very modern on the inside and in a peaceful location away from the city. It’s perfect if you want tranquility but still well located for things to do nearby in Lugano. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for us as a family of four.

Marco's house is very nice, comfortable, it was impeccable. Very comfortable mattresses and impeccably clean and good quality linen. Modern and well-equipped kitchen. The terrace overlooking the river in the middle of a landscape with lots of vegetation conveys calm. Yes, keep in mind that access to the bedroom on the upper floor is by a somewhat narrow spiral staircase. Marco was very helpful and attentive, he was always available. Without a doubt, the house and its host, Marco, are recommended.

I booked a one-night stay en route from Luzern to Milan. The listing was as described, and though it was fairly bare bones, I had everything I needed for a short stay. It was away from the crowded areas though still easily commutable by bus and even walkable. The view of the lake was lovely, and I especially loved the honeysuckle-lined path to the garden.

This was a return visit and so my expectations were met as the location layout and surroundings were terrific which explains why I came back.

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. It has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The town of Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and SUP! Lots of great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! We always have our bikes with us and were able to explore a lot! Our stay at Barbara’s apartment was exceptional. Best abnb we have stayed in. It was absolutely immaculate. It exceeded our expectations. Barbara’s attention to detail is what makes the apartment stand out. The view over the lake from the balcony is stunning. Barbara was a very attentive host , we had a problem with the car whilst we were there and Barbara’s help was invaluable. The apartment is perfect for a short term or longer stay like we enjoyed. We toured all of the lake , the proximity to the boat terminals is very convenient in Angera or Ranco. We enjoyed a day trip to Milan by train which was very straightforward. Thank you Barbara , we will definitely return .

The accommodation was clean, well located 10 min walk from the centre. Perfect for families, we were with an 18-month-old baby. Ground floor terrace, private entrance, as described. Very friendly hosts, looking forward to going back. I highly recommend it.
