During the renovation, we aimed to preserve the authentic, family-friendly atmosphere that has always made it a special place for us. It opens onto a large terrace with a garden and a view of the hill, shaded by a large, almost century-old laurel tree from which it takes its name. Located just a short walk from the centre, with an 18th-century church, a pharmacy, a café, restaurants, a pizzeria and a wonderful ice-cream parlour.

Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

Located in Baunei, Serafina's apartment is housed in an ancient stone building, recently renovated in accordance with architectural standards and using the materials of the ancient Baunesi houses. The apartment on the first floor has 1 bedroom, a private bathroom, a fully equipped living room kitchen, and a veranda from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire valley and mountains. A common room on the ground floor and an outdoor patio are also available for guest use.

Wonderful house in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. The house lives the charm of ancient and natural elements such as stone and wood that constitute the dominant elements in structure and in furniture. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. The house equipped with everything for comfortable rest. I suggest to my guests to rent a the small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.
