"Les Charmettes" T3 house (67 m2) on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 1 terrace, located at the bottom of our closed and secure property comprising our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

Chalet Hope - with private SPA & garden.

We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Classified apartment * "Tsé mé"

Welcome to Arith, a small village in the Bauges mountain range in Savoy, classified by UNESCO. The cozy and quiet independent apartment is located on the second floor of my residence. It is new, consisting of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a sheltered terrace with views of nature. Sheets and towels are provided. You can enjoy the calm, the great outdoors, and will be at the start of beautiful bike and pedestrian hikes

This 30 m2 cottage, with tasteful decor, will welcome you in the commune of CHATELARD. It is fully equipped like at home with amenities included such as towels and sheets provided. Located in the Bauges Regional Natural Park, classified by UNESCO. Immerse yourself in a natural and relaxing setting and come and practice all kinds of activities (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking...) (resorts nearby) and enjoy idyllic landscapes (Lake ANNECY, Lake du Bourget...).

IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PASTURES Gîte ***+

Family gîte for 4 people (6 possible on convertible), surrounded by mountain nature (1100 m). The entire property is made of environmentally friendly products. This gîte is harmonized in geobiology (it's my job). It is a place of rejuvenation and rest. On the edge of a state forest with multiple walks and hikes. Lakes Annecy and Bourget 35 minutes away Cross-country and alpine ski resorts 22 km or 35 min (Le Revard, Margériaz...)

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Notre chalet indépendant, sans vis à vis, entre lacs et montagnes est idéal pour les couples amoureux de la nature désirant se ressourcer au calme. A 650 m d'altitude, la vue à 180° depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle sur les montagnes environnantes. On peut y observer fréquemment des rapaces et autres oiseaux ainsi que de grands animaux ( cerfs, biches ) selon la saison. Le chalet ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux bébés.

Refuge Julioz

In a vast meadow of 2 hectares where 1 horse, 2 donkeys and 1 alpaca walk, 4 alpine eco-lodge chalets are located in order to preserve the privacy of everyone. The all-wood chalet-refuge, built with environmentally friendly materials, has a large south-facing terrace that allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. The interior is divided into a living room-bedroom with a kitchen area and a bathroom with shower.

Single-story house

Old barn newly renovated into a residential house. Located in the heart of Les Bauges, in the regional nature park of the Bauges massif, ideal for nature lovers. Many hiking trails are possible nearby. 40 min from Chambéry, Albertville and Annecy and 14 km from the toll of Saint Pierre d'Albigny. The house includes 1 master suite, a 140 cm x 190 cm bed, 1 toilet, open kitchen to living room. The land is not fenced.
