En 2027: Piscine chauffée du 26 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. Gîte de 115m2 + grande terrasse de 24 m² surplombant Le Loir situé à 2,5kms du Zoo. Capacité du logement 12 pers avec le canapé convertible dans le salon (10 pers avec les 4 ch).

L'Isle Mézangeon occupies part of the western half of a large farmhouse, typical of the Angevine region, dating from the 17th-18th century and fully restored. In the heart of a bucolic garden of 3 hectares, bordered by a stream, between meadows and orchard, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside (hammocks are available), a large shared pool and play areas for young and old.

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
