Comfy place. Suitable for a long stay holiday or so. As it gives homey vibe.. there was some discrepancies but host being prompt and responsive.

I had a great stay at Alex's place in George Town. The room looked exactly as listed-clean, comfortable, and just as described in the photos. Check-in was super easy thanks to the clear and detailed instructions, and Alex was very responsive whenever I had questions. Would definitely recommend.

The location is very good, there is a swimming pool right outside, and there is a food court downstairs. It is convenient for travel. I highly recommend this place

Excellent home at a very affordable price. Very clear, detailed, step by step check in instructions. Close to restaurants and grocery. Convenience store in the same building. Ping pong table, gym and pool available until 10 pm. 3 AC units, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Night market on Fridays is just at the corner of the street and is a must for food and street purchases! Thanks!

Thank you so much for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay. I have to say De’s place is one of the house we stayed that doesn’t skim on giving comfort to the people. De’s kitchen has good utensils, bowls and mugs that are good quality. In many other places we had been to, they’re not good at all. Same goes to beddings and linens. De’s offered cleaned ones and comfortable beds. Thank you so much for clear instructions and for being a very responsive host. We will surely love to stay at your place next time we visit Malaysia again.

The place was the host described and similar to the posted photos. Host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. We had 21 pax with us and everyone slept comfortably. The host was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for those planning for a large gathering.

Darren is very good , the house is beautiful and comfortable. The room is big and second floors toilet is very very bid .. he tells us all the surrounding place that can eat and shop .. dryer suddenly can’t work ,Darren came to our house to take all of our clothing to laundry .. good service .. very worth staying here . Quiet, private, comfortable

Excellent in every way. Where do I start… the location cannot be beat. Armenian street is THE George Town street to see, and it’s walking distance to many amazing restaurants, hawkers centers, boutique shops, street artworks, and other attractions like the esplanade and large shopping malls. The home itself has a very peaceful feel, oozing with oldtown charm, tastefully furnished, and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, the aircon is excellent, the hot/cold filtered water machine is super convenient, and the washer/dryer works well. Things to note: The bathroom ceiling is quite low- if you’re over 5’10” you’ll be stooped over, but they provide a shower seat. There is an atrium in the middle of the home that is open to the floor below and the shop on the ground floor. This is no issue, but something to be aware of if you have toddlers like us that are, at times, difficult to keep calm and quiet.

reasonable price for a big group staycation

A spacious home that's perfect for big families. Ideal for those who enjoy hanging out together, cooking meals, and relaxing near the beach. The beach is within walking distance, making it very convenient. We were even greeted by some cheeky monkeys outside the house – they weren’t dangerous at all and just added to the fun. It really felt like a tropical escape, staying by the beach with a touch of the jungle. Thank you to the host for the lovely stay!

The place was as described. The checkin checkout process was clear and without any confusion. The house was clean and all the things were as described. The parking was near lift and also easy to access. The lift is quite busy due to lot of people arriving due to holiday season which is obvious. Overall had a great time.

Check-in was very convenient, the key was easy to find, the room was large, it was very quiet at night, the air conditioning was also very cold, it was a very good stay.

I had four weeks at Daniel and Grace's place. It was so beautiful looking out at the water and the location for groceries, food etc was spot on. The hosts are both very proactive and very friendly. The bed was super comfy (and I'm a bad sleeper), so I found that really good. I was often the only one in the pool, and it was so refreshing as I found the heat hard to handle. Would stay again if visiting Penang in future.

I especially appreciated the little personal touches, like fresh towels and complimentary tea and coffee. Nice booking and indoor amenities (like living room entertainment, cutlery, plates etc.) for a larger group, has a nice view of the ocean and interesting shopping areas/grocer nearby for convenience. The host was responsive and attentive to questions we had during check-in and the stay. We enjoyed the stay 🌷
