Cozy private garden-level apartment within our home. Queen bed, futon, and full bath with amenities. Your kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. 2 miles to MSU, 20 min to Sparrow/Capitol, 10 min to Lake Lansing. The backyard is absolutely breathtaking with a swimming pool and outdoor seating for you to enjoy. Dining options, the best groceries, and public transportation are all walking distance! We live upstairs with our cairn terrier and cat and will be sharing the yard with you.

Welcome to your newly remodeled complete pool house featuring a private entrance, brand new bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower, the unit has two memory foam queen mattresses as well as a full fold out futon and smart tvs. The in ground pool is HEATED (certain times) and and there is a 4 person hot tub on site, with a hibachi flattop grill and lounge chairs for your relaxation. This space has a maximum of 4 guests allowed no exceptions, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!

Located on 2 acres with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, spacious living room with fireplace and an 8 x 14 indoor pool. Many activities are close by including downhill and cross country skiing, tubing, and snowmobiling in the winter. Golfing, hiking and relaxing by the outdoor fire pit in the summer. Our Guest House is located on a quiet country road 15 minutes from beautiful downtown Holland and 20 minutes from beaches, downtown Grand Rapids and Saugatuck. The property sits on 5 acres with the owners home next to the Private Guesthouse. You'll have access to the pool, your own patio with comfortable seating, and a wood fire pit. A 600 acre park with paved running/biking/cross country ski and mountain biking trails is located across the street.

We also have a couple cats that claim the pool area as their own. The long driveway and gravel road are perfect for a leisurely stroll to enjoy the great outdoors.
