Try our cozy 5 bed, 3.5 bath home complete with amazing waterfront views and a fire pit down by the water; easily sleeps 13+. There’s a newly added bar area in the basement and we're only 2 hours from Chicago. There's a row boat, 2 kayaks, and paddle board available. This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Sat. and Daily with a two day minimum the rest of the year. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange.
