The Old Museum is a detached self-contained holiday home in the historic and picturesque village of Castle Combe. Situated in the lower village it is just short walk (200m) to the village centre with its pubs, cafe and restaurant. The Manor House Golf Club and Castle Combe Circuit are both within in walking distance and the footpath opposite connects up with a series of walks across the land of the Castle Combe Estate and beyond. Ivy Cottage is a cosy old farmers cottage full of character dating back to the 18th century but with a modern level of comfort! Batheaston village has a couple of pubs, shops, eateries etc and is a pleasant 45 minute walk from Bath city (or buses every 15 minutes).
