This one-bedroom Victorian flat is a 10-minute walk from Bath train station, the bus station and the city. Includes large living room, double bedroom, galley kitchen and bathroom. If you have a car, a digital permit will be supplied once the Reg No. is given. We cannot guarantee close parking because the parking bays are dependent on availability. Approx 10 steps lead up to the house. Bypass the main door to find a private entrance with the key lock. Steps then lead down to the main flat door.

Bailbrook lane, has a rural feel and yet is right on the edge of the World Heritage site of Bath on the southern slopes of Solosbury Hill. The Barn is a traditional stone built, recently, sympathetically converted grain store. It has its own entrance , parking and private paved outdoor yard space to sit out in and other than handing the key over and giving it back, barring any help and advice guests might need, you will be left to your own devices!
