Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Basye

We had a wonderful time at "The Burrow"; one of our best experiences with an Airbnb yet. The accommodations were top notch and our host's hospitality was above and beyond. The wrap around porch was our favorite place to relax at any time of day, with spectacular views . We enjoyed an evening next to the firepit with plenty of wood to burn. All in all it was a great experience and we would come back in a heartbeat!

We had an incredibly relaxing, peaceful, quiet getaway. The house is more than enough space for 2 people, well stocked kitchen, amazing scenery. Beautiful Mountain View’s, screened in porch, super serene.

We loved staying at Jordan’s home. The scenery is beautiful with a stream nearby. There is a convenience store for daily supplies within walkable distance. The host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was impressively clean. It was very private, and had a good amount of space for our family. We found our stay to be very comfortable. The space was well supplied. Nicole‘s communication was excellent, and we had an easy time getting in and checking out. It was in close driving proximity to Shenandoah national Park and downtown Luray which we enjoyed.

This is our favorite place to stop on the half way point of our trips! Our second stay here was just as incredible as the first and the snacks are so appreciated!!

This place is beautiful! Even more gorgeous than the photos. The cabin was large and super clean. Hosts are excellent, very responsive and helpful. Really so glad we stayed here and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beautiful, peaceful oasis.

Suzy’s place was the perfect spot to stay! From booking to checkout, everything went smoothly. The apartment was extremely clean, as well as comfortable. The bedrooms are large and provided extra blankets and pillows. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and she provided coffee, creamer, and snacks! I would definitely stay here again.

Great suite walking distance or very short drive to downtown - would stay again for a future weekend visit

Jennifer's place is a great stay! We were there for just one night and it was perfect for access to downtown Harrisonburg to meet up with family. very quiet and peaceful setting in the countryside. We did not hear the hosts the live in the space above the apartment. additional information/instructions were around the apartment that were very helpful. we would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Glenn is a great host. Friendly, helpful, flexible. Wonderful lawn that goes down to the river. Canoe and kayaks available. Fire pit with lots of free wood. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet. We’d go back anytime.

Peaceful Airbnb near the beautiful Shenandoah National Park.

This was the most complete and thought out place we have stayed. Very clean, big bathroom, small features like an iron and ironing board. Huge TV, largest bed ever! I most certainly recommend this Airbnb, and host Sara to everyone!

Absolutely charming place to stay for our weekend visit to Winchester! Host was friendly, location was convenient to old town and to highway. Unit was super cute and wonderfully decorated. Had everything we needed and was a good place to stay with our pup. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Sally & Suvdie's home. Everything went smooth and communication was friendly and proactive. The windows and decks to take in the view were excellent. Driving is the best way to get around, but the location is right in the heart of Bryce resort so easy access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the home. Thank you!

Very nice cabin that is peaceful and has amazing views

A truly unforgettable retreat! It was an incredible stay at Denisa’s beautiful woodland home in Mathias, West Virginia. From the moment I booked, Denisa was incredibly communicative, responsive, and thoughtful - going above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. The home itself is incredible and impeccably maintained, with tasteful interior design and a warmth that made it feel like a true getaway. The chef’s kitchen was a dream - fully stocked and ideal for cooking and gathering. Every room was spotless, and you could tell great care was put into every detail. The surrounding area is a peaceful retreat in the woods is quiet, serene, and perfect for decompressing. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly to anyone seeking a restful and elevated escape. If you want a place with things in walking distance, this isn't for you. But you can't beat the view from the deck every morning. Place was rustic (which i like in a cabin!) but tastefully done - nice blend of the historic with newer touches. Beds comfy. Had everything you need. Corey sent good instructions on how to find it. Recommend.

Serenity was beautiful! We had a great time enjoying the sound of the water whenever we opened a window. Walked around the property and really felt the peacefulness of the area. Would definitely come back.

Such a lovely little modern cabin in the woods! We had a wonderful time at blackbird and enjoyed the quiet location and cozy, modern decor. Close to excellent hiking in GW national forest. The hosts were very helpful in providing information for our stay.

I had such a lovely stay at Viktar’s place! The cabin felt private and peaceful, just what we needed to unwind. The sauna for two was a highlight and made the entire trip better. The hot tub was spacious, jets work really well, perfect to relax after a long day of driving. I especially loved the swings with the mountain view, it’s a nice touch for a quiet moment with coffee. Everything was clean and cozy, the fact that they allow pets was a big plus for us. The whole setup made it easy to relax with lots of games and plenty of room to rest!
