28 m2 studio with a separate bedroom with a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountain and a sea view from the first terrace and a sea and Gulf of Ajaccio view from the second terrace over the roof of the house. 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the port. Ground floor apartment with a separate entrance on the ground floor. Beautiful terrace surrounded by flowering plants. Ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom (the bedroom is north-facing so very cool).
