Apartment is renovated 2020 and the swimmingpool 2023. 200 meters to the ocean and to Paulins Brygga for a nice swimmingpool. 15 minutes walk to Båstad marina with all the cozy restaurants, shops, tennis- and padel facilities. 1,5 km to Norrvikens Trädgårdar with its lush gardens, nice café and restaurants.

Parkera bilen bekvämt utanför fastigheten och promenera till allt som byn har att erbjuda. Vakna upp i sovrummet och möts av utsikten av den glimrande Hallandsåsen! I sovrummet finnes dubbelsäng samt förvaring och det öppna vardagsrummet erbjuder en rymlig bäddsoffa för två.
