A unique large accommodation with a large dining room and two wonderful living rooms perfect for a multi-generational vacation and or friends. Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

This house is located in the old part of Båstad, a stone's throw from the beach, marina, tennis and restaurants The house is newly renovated, a whole private courtyard with sea view, where there are two dining tables and chairs and sun loungers, gas grill with hot plate. There is also a furnished annex with a bunk bed, two extra sleeping places.

Ett rymligt och fullutrustat semesterhus som fungerar lika bra på sommaren som på vintern. Öppen planlösning med öppen spis matdel, och TV-hörna på ovanvåningen. Två sovrum gör det idealiskt för fyra personer med möjlighet till en extrabädd på ovanvåningen (tillägg per natt tillkommer för extrabädd). Vi erbjuder normalt inte lakan eller handdukar, men kan erhållas mot extra avgift av 200kr per gäst.
