We rent out this 40 m² studio, an independant part of our house accessible on the ground floor. It includes a living area, a sleeping area, a separate bathroom, and a private outdoor terrace. Pool access on demand from may to september. It is located in a peaceful and bucolic setting, just 8 min by car from Biarritz train station, 12 min from the beach, 15 min from Bayonne, and 35 min from San Sebastian.
