On the first floor, there is a kitchen that opens onto the living room. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Located on a dune, under the pines, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all the shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including sheets and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
