Excellent stay in this clean, very nice and well-decorated apartment. Ideal location in the city centre for walking and free public transport on weekends. The underground car park is convenient in an area where parking is difficult. Excellent contact with Julie to facilitate our access. The 4 floors without a lift make you exercise. We'll come back

An ideally located apartment, 100 meters from the banks of the Erdre and a little more than 10 minutes from the historic center. Very functional accommodation and value. Note that the accommodation is located above a bar that closes around 12:30-1 a.m. Mathieu provides earplugs. Personally, it didn't bother me at all.

The apartment is very nice, quiet and a few steps from the tram. The bedding is very good quality, everything is very clean and we have the pleasure of being with "real" people and not in an impersonal place. I highly recommend this listing!

Accommodation in a quiet neighborhood and building, overlooking the river. Manon has always been attentive and flexible for the check-in. Very close to the city centre and easy to access on foot or by tram. Description and pictures are accurate. If I come back, I'll stay here again. Thanks for everything, Manon.

Our stay with Bruno was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was in good order: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ present. It all looked new and tidy. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all, it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great time with my friends! The house is functional, clean, very well equipped and very well located in a quiet neighborhood (about 1 hour from La Baule, 20 minutes from the city center of Nantes, 5-10 minutes from supermarkets) The big positive point of the house is the outside, with a beautiful garden and the pool. Jessica was always super responsive before, during and even after our stay to answer all our questions. Thanks again, we recommend this accommodation without hesitation ☺️

Very nice little house, clean with everything you need to have a good stay. Just a little anxiety as a mum with the miller's ladder and my 3 and a half year old boy, but otherwise great! Romain is very available No complaints, great!

Great stay, very clean and functional nickel accommodation, no complaints. Very quiet and peaceful location. Hosts very responsive in message exchanges (we were not able to meet them directly unfortunately because they were traveling). We were nevertheless lucky enough to enjoy the fruits and vegetables from their garden (with their permission of course), the strawberries were delicious to the delight of children and parents. In short, we recommend:-)

Alexandre's place is very nice, well arranged and well decorated. It is very well equipped, you will not miss anything during your stay. Check-in and checkout are completely self-contained, which is very convenient.

We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Vincent’s place was a dream. We loved the beautiful pool area and the place had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Conveniently placed near to shops. We spent a day at Puy du Fou and it’s only 35min by car. We only spent two nights here on our way down to La Rochelle but would definitely recommend!

Very nice apartment, quiet - ideal for us who came to an event on exponantes, we even went on foot along the banks of the river. Super equipped, with a real feeling of home, and not just made for Airbnb with Ikea-

We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
