Had a wonderful stay here. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making communication effortless from start to finish. The room itself is one of the best I've stayed in. Spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was easy and smooth, with clear instructions that made the process hassle-free. The unit was in a convenient location and matched the photos in the listing. Check-in was easy, and the host responded quickly to messages. Although we had issues with the toilet as the flush won't work. Overall, our stay was great!

Five stars! The place was better than expected. Absolutely gorgeous views and wonderful setting. The host, Roland was exceptional from beginning to end. Really really great, and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Everybody should visit this one!

Though I wasn't able to go there, but my sister's enjoyed their stay.

My husband and our 2 kids (6 and 4) enjoyed our stay. The space is a little smaller than expected however we made it work. The bedroom door wouldn't shut with the air mattress down and the swing allowed less space for our kids to move around. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. We used the kitchen amenities and the washing machine as well! We enjoyed all pools and beach at Tambuli and the restaurants were delicious too! Monaliza had great communication and always answered as soon as she could. We would stay here again and will recommend it to others!

Paid for 2 nights (my flight was delayed by a day) informed them and they understood and didn’t give me any hassle whatsoever when i did make it check in was smooth just like they said in the welcome message it felt like home away from home the bed was comfortable only thing it looks like a king but its a double but its still a big place i was not there to long but everything was nice and cozy downstairs u have kids playing in the playground but in the room its nice and quiet u dont hear anything and its peaceful i would definitely come back and visit next time im in town thank u for having me

The place was really great, you can really feel like you are at your own home. You can also watch the smart tv while resting in the sofa bed.The amenities were included in the list and were really helpful in daily needs. A must rent if you are looking for a place to stay in Cebu!

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

I had a wonderful stay. The place has all you need from the kitchen to the bathroom. The hosts are kind enough to inform me ahead of time with possible events in the place that may affect my arrival in the place. Check in and out instructions are very clear.
