The Recording Studio is a converted four-room studio (no gear left ) in the country surrounded by vineyards & forests. The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, shared main kitchen & shared shower. Allergy free space, no pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. This peaceful cottage sits on an oak dotted hill overlooking the lake and offers sweeping panoramic views from almost every room in the house. It would make a great homebase for adventures fishing, boating, hiking, winetasting, etc. Travel less than one minute by car (5 on foot), & you'll find a park, a public beach, & a free boat launch. Or, you can stay home & cook a meal in its deluxe kitchen. King size beds in both bedrooms. Restaurants, coffee, & shopping within easy walking distance.

Winter time...you can bask in the glow of your fireplace or sit out and gaze at the stars in front of your outdoor fire pit! Spring/summer enjoy colorful gardens and meals picked out of your own backyard....you may cook, or allow me to prep a meal and serve you at your own bistro table. Quiet and peaceful...feels very far away but Kville is just a mile up the road with with numerous wine tasting rooms, restaurants, brewery, shops and LOTS of live music, birding, hiking, fishing, gambling.

Very quiet, the perfect stop between the redwood trees and the Bay Area Relax on the deck shaded by mature oak trees and watch the osprey’s gliding below you or use the house as a jumping off point. Mendocino National Forest, just 20 minutes away, offers endless possibilities: mountain bike and explore the local trails

Cottage on lakeside property.

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm.
