We had a wonderful stay at Neelansh Resort, Sonprayag—an ideal place to begin or conclude the Kedarnath Yatra. The property is strategically located near the trek starting point (car parking area), making it very convenient for pilgrims. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the listed amenities. Our stay was peaceful and serene. The natural beauty of the surroundings is truly captivating—it effortlessly melts away all the fatigue. The food served was delicious, homely, and comforting, adding to the overall experience. Suraj was exceptionally helpful and responsive, assisting us in planning our onward journey. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This place is amazing. 10 nights flew by here. Raithal is amazing and this is the best location, as it borders the national forest - so no one is above you. We also stayed another place above Raithal and it lacked the charm and isolation. Also, Naveen is amazing - professional, kind, a good cook, and cares about his guests having a peaceful experience. Also, Raithal is a great place to visit because the unique village, culture and views - the views are great because you're high up on an open terrace. There are plenty of day hikes, they keep you well fed, and we got good enough internet from Airtel that we could work in the evenings. Highly recommend a longer stay here, and I would much prefer staying here over Harsil due to the views and feeling of isolation.

Ashish and his family were great hosts. We felt like we were at our second home away from home as we were offered homely and delicious food. Ashish's place is calm & serene with beautiful views of Ganges from the common area. We spent our most of the time in this common area. Would love to visit again. Thanks Ashish & family.

An amazing homestay in raithal with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. praveen and his family are so friendly, caring and generous and the food they prepare is really good. the rooms have a homely feeling to them and the shared bathroom is modern and clean. you can trek from there to the beautiful dayara bugyal and other places around and praveen will help you with whatever you need. if you want to feel welcomed in a remote place like raithal, then raithal barbeque homestay is the perfect place for you...

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a cozy, comfy romantic getaway. The star was super friendly and helpful. The in-house food was super. The stay was comfortable and easy to find.

Excellent location on the main road to gangotri. Bhagirathi river flows in front of the guest house. shops and restaurant also nearby. Harsil valley is just few minutes drive & gangotri temple is 40min drive. Abhishek the host is very cooperative and nice person. Overall value for money.

Our team of 8 had a truly wonderful stay at Arvind’s place! Arvind is very kind, respectful, and always ready to help and his hospitality was outstanding. The home is beautiful spotless, serene and has been thoughtfully maintained. All 4 rooms were well equipped and kept tidy. All washrooms had hot water access. This made the place an ideal one for us. We especially appreciated the homemade food, which was fresh and authentic, enhancing the experience. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Uttarkashi or passing through.
