Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Barrow County

The bed mattresses and linens are top quality and I slept better than even at home. The townhome was beautiful and well maintained, it looked better even than the pictures. There are several restaurants and shops that are within a comfortable walking distance. The outside patio was a comfortable place to sit and relax, the kitchen had everything we needed including a drip coffee maker and Keurig. Several family members from out of state met here for a quick trip and it was really nice. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Extended stay here solo. Felt comfortable and safe. I would definitely ok here again.

The Host was very responsive and friendly! Clean on the inside and had all the amenities you’d want during your stay. 5 stars all around!

The Magnolia House was PERFECT for our family to gather together to say goodbye to the matriarch. We particularly enjoyed drinking coffee on the front porch. The home was comfortable allowing everyone to share memories while making new ones.

This was a great place in a nice neighborhood. The house its self was in great condition and was very cozy for our group. It had nice big bedrooms and space to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Winder area. Ludmila's is a great host and everything was just like she said. She was very responsive and helpful getting us set up.

Beautiful home, very clean, and in a very nice neighborhood. It's also close to many different restaurants and a short ride to Road Atlanta Raceway. Highly recommended.

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

Great Airbnb if you’re going to Athens, especially if you have business at the university! The place is very nice and pretty clean. I would stay here again if I were to come back to the area.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Yaneth offers timely communication and clear instructions which made the check-in process seamless. Having the kitchenette was extremely helpful during our stay and I appreciated the amenities Yaneth provided (coffee, tea, etc). The private entrance was appreciated too!

I'm going to be honest, I live in Athens and booked this for my cousins coming in from out of town. Never saw the place. But my cousins said it was nice. She sent a message about biscuits and honey being available. That seems like more than nice. That's incredible.

Stayed with Luis for 5 nights while visiting my son nearby. The place was immaculate and provided easy access to everything I needed. Coffee and water were plentiful and I felt safe and comfortable in this adorable space. Luis was sweet, helpful and attentive to my stay. Will definitely stay again in the future. This is a great property! It matched the description, was very well equipped, and we found it immaculately clean. It's a pleasant surprise that the outside looks like nothing special but, then upon entry to the unit it's extremely modern and nice. My family's only complaint was the noise. This unit is located on a main street and trucks could be heard passing 24 hours a day. Larissa did provide ear plugs, which multiple members of my family did use.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

This was the perfect space for our visit to Athens - nestled off of one of the main streets. It was convenient, minutes away from campus, clean, comfortable, clutter-free and provided all the amenities needed. Would stay again!

Great location & we stayed almost a week. Not alot of grass for dog walking but a dog park nearby. The owner was very responsive & we had a nice stay-thanks!
