Excellent stay in the heart of Lisbon. Ariane welcomed us in an extremely kind and considerate way to her apartment, despite a later arrival than expected. Everything is done to feel right at home, it lacks neither space nor comfort or equipment. The very central area is ideal for visiting Lisbon, and quiet at night even though it may seem a little less secure than other areas of Lisbon. just note that the stairs are a little steep but as I think all over the old center of Lisbon. Thanks again to Ariane for the wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in the historic center of Sintra. It’s a beautiful small town area to be in. The apartment has everything you need. The location is very cool overlooking the main square. We enjoyed watching the town wake up in the mornings. So many restaurants and bakeries just steps from the front door. We had fun with that after coming from the Azores which are very quiet and remote. In the off season of early May, Sintra closes down by 7 pm. There are very few restaurants or shops open once the day tripping tourists leave. We were surprised by that but didn’t mind it as we were tired after our days spent walking around palaces and castles and beautiful gardens. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they don’t have mobility issues. There are 33 steps to climb once inside the building. Climbing them was worth it for the views of the historic center of Sintra.

Beautiful apartment with a large terrace in a modern house. The condo is well equipped. Communication with Rita was friendly and hassle-free. The city centre can be reached on foot in about 25-30 minutes. Shops for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. If you are travelling by car, you have a free parking space in the underground car park

From start to finish, Teresa was most helpful. Accurate information, quick replies to questions all helped beforehand. The apartment itself was brilliant, just what we needed, and the pool was an added bonus, even though the beach and the sea were very close by (although remember Sesimbra is hilly and the quickest way to the beach is via a good number of steps!). The location is great and easy to walk (a few minutes only) to Sesimbra's town and fabulous restaurants. Really happy with our choice. Perfect!

It’s our second time here and our stay was as welcoming as the first. Ana and Jorge’s place is perfectly situated near great restaurants one right next door plus a 15 minute walk to Marquês Pombal and Parque Eduardo Sétimo which has a magnificent view of Lisbon and of the castle from the top. Ana and Jorge always checked on us and left a variety of local foods and beverages upon our arrival that we were so grateful for. Even during our stay Jorge left delicious pastries by the door so not to bother us. Highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely return!!

This place was stunning. We had a great stay! There were six of us and more than enough room. The host was fantastic and super easy to get in touch with. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Rui's Villa, a villa in the heart of a golf course, so the environment was quiet and peaceful! Rui is a very good host, he was very responsive when we had a problem with the gate remote control! A big thank you Rui for your hospitality, I will definitely come back to your home for my next trip to Lisbon.

Great place in the heart of Almafa. Although you are right in the middle of the action this place can still feel like a secluded oasis. Would love to stay again!

We spent a few days in Nathy's apartment which has a beautiful view of the ocean. The accommodation is impeccable and very well decorated . Nathy welcomed us very well on arrival and gave us all the necessary information to allow us to have a good stay. And also, we had a basket filled with sweets, wine, bread and other items. I recommend this very well located and exceptional accommodation with this magnificent view of the sea and 5 minutes' walk to the beach.

The apartment is very close to good restaurants and tourism spots. It is spacious for 4 people and we had a great time there.

We had a wonderful stay at Lise's apartment. It was even more spacious than expected for a city apartment and was even better than described. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big with high ceilings. The location was tremendous. Great restaurants and shops just minutes away. I would absolutely consider staying here again when I return to Lisbon.

We had a fantastic stay. The cottage meets all wishes and really feels like a home! It is a nice neighborhood in which you stay, there is a lot to do within walking distance but also the tram or uber is a good and cheap option. Carlos is a very nice host who came up with nice tips and always responded quickly! We enjoyed our vacation, and definitely recommend this apartment!

We spent 4 nights in this accommodation, it is very well located, many things to visit are within walking distance. The accommodation is quite large and we were very well looked after. We recommend it! A little useful information: On weekends (we went at the end of May), the streets nearby are very lively in the evening (for people with light sleep, perhaps plan to bring earplugs for Friday and Saturday night)

Alexandre’s place is well situated. You can get to the metro or any bus within minutes, and having the Time Out Market so close was very convenient. The place is very clean and clutter free. I loved having those huge windows with options for opening fully or just cracking them open at the top. The views of the river from the living room and bedroom were amazing. Alexandre is a wonderful host. He is extremely responsive and suggested many great things to do and restaurants. There is no shortage of things to do in Lisbon. I had a great time and would definitely return.

Joana’s an incredible host. She’s very proactive, friendly and helpful!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her home, even the rain didn’t dampen the experience. An idyllic place to spend a week with close friends. The house was made for both relaxing in gorgeous spaces and easy exploration of the area. Meal prep for a large crowd was a breeze in the well equipped kitchen. There is a great market close by and there are several restaurants within a short distance from the house. João was an incredible host, checking in a few times to make sure we were comfortable and well supplied. We felt fortunate to have landed in such a wonderful place. Thank you João!

We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We loved our stay here! Ana and Alfonzo were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. The access to the pool and beach was so nice, especially while travelling with our 1.5 year old. A short walk to the train station was perfect for getting around!

This place is excellent. The location and private pool make it a 5* spot. Some attention to the patio area (weeding etc) and some additional and newer kitchen equipment would be great, but this is a great Airbnb on the whole.

The villa is absolutely beautiful - the photos look great but do not do justice to how spectacular the setting is! It is a beautiful and peaceful spot and very comfortable accommodations. In particular the pool is perfect - a great size and set in a lovely spot with a great view in which to sun yourself post swim. Margarida and Abel were very warm and welcoming, helping us to feel immediately at home and providing great recommendations for shopping, activities and restaurants. Thank you so much for- we loved our stay!

We spent a week at Daniel's house with 2 families and had a great time. The house and property are not only large, but also already furnished or laid out. The kitchen is well equipped and with heated pool, new foosball, yoga mats, the ping pong table and the barbecue there is plenty to do even without excursions. But given the beautiful, quiet nature (occasionally the dog barking a little annoying) in the immediate vicinity and the versatile beaches (in the west with waves, at Sesimbra quiet Caribbean, but cold:-)) it would be a pity to forego excursions. However, you need a rental car and shopping facilities are a little further away (until the small shop in the village that offers Essentials). We would definitely book the house again.
