David’s pool house was better than I imagined. Great location he was very responsive to our needs. The staff was fabulous she cleaned daily and she prepared breakfast for us. Highly recommended will rent again once when I return to Barranquilla.

Apartment with everything you need. Highly recommended for a family stay

I guess the standards will depend on where you live and what’s your lifestyle is. You have to take an account. You’re in a country that a lot of people don’t have necessities like we have here in the US. I found the house to be very nice. Yes, it’s very old. I guess in a historic districtthey could use better conditions around the pool. The house has a lot of room so you don’t feel uncomfortable with other guests there air conditioner works great everyone they’re very friendly.

I had a great experience at this location. The views were amazing! I loved how close I was to the city viewpoint, ideal for sunset watching. There was also a mall within walking distance, which was very convenient. The area felt very safe, even at night. I highly recommend it for those looking for comfort, safety and good location near the main attractions.

recommended, the host was very vigilant, in fact, accelerated the delivery of the place to allow us to enter earlier than established. in general excellent location, two blocks from the main one, which is useful for taking public transport and going to supermarkets (Ara and d1 two blocks away), in general, very safe, comfortable house and has air conditioning in the main room. 100% recommended. santiago did us the favor of storing our bags on the last day, we appreciate the kindness and hospitality.

My family love the place. it is very cozy and comfortable. the location is perfect to go up town or downtown. I felt very safe, since there's security at the entrance 24/7 and they are very polite and helpful. neighbors always willing to help. they even had a public event at the parking lot and there's plenty to do around the city. I definitely will come back and stay here.

This apartment is a good value. nice safe apartment complex. lots of other residents with dogs, a few (friendly) stray cats around. you need to have a Rappi account to stay in this neighborhood. Maria was great, always responsive. she had the apartment cleaned once a week.
