Holiday rentals with beach access in Barranquilla

My husband and I had a happy time at this apartment. Very well located, comfortable and clean and the view is beautiful. The pool is super nice and the beach is very close. Communication with Donny was excellent and Gustavo, the concierge of the building and the person in charge of the apartment is super friendly and willing to help at all times. Supermarkets and restaurants are very close. Anyway, highly recommended. We'll be back!

Highly recommended this property. Close to the beach (walkable), shops and restaurants. The house has a new pool and a very good kiosk with barbecue, ideal for a good barbecue. As for the apartments, they have a very well equipped kitchen, air-conditioned rooms and the beds very comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at in port of Columbia. Great view great room sizes very friendly staff and parking if needed. The pool is awesome with a great view also close to local shops pharmacy and easy to get transportation.

we loved the condo. everything was clean, the access to laminage in 5 minutes walk. the host responds quickly and helps a lot. not to mention the pool and water games for the children. the condo is very new and we find in the kitchen everything we need to cook. on the other hand it is important to plan a grocery store before arriving because the local convenience store does not have much food. we had to improvise for our part with eggs and bread. safety is present on site and private secure parking too. during our stay there was a lot of wind so it was noisy at night. Super functional air conditioning and much appreciated, like the hot water from the shower, rare in Colombia. I highly recommend

We stayed in the apartment for a week and were very satisfied. The location is quiet, yet you can walk to the sea or the center in about 10-15 minutes. It has various tienda just around the corner in case something goes out (coffee, eggs...). The apartment is well equipped: parking, lots of kitchen utensils, air conditioning in the bedroom, fan in the living room. Cleaning material was also provided, which we loved. In case of problems or questions, the host was available and when we had water in the apartment because of very heavy rain, the landlords were immediately on hand and solved the problem. Only a washing machine would be great, but it worked.

Limited Uber/Taxi services, which is part of the allure. You are genuinely living within a small local community. There are several neighborly dogs that are very friendly, but can serve to awaken you earlier in the morning than you may wish. Welcome to Colombia! The place was as described, while Juan Jose was fantastic with coordinating whatever you may need to amplify your stay.

The hosts are such kind people. They made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Shopping, recommendations, even planning and executing a surprise birthday for my friend. the place is awesome, with amazing views, large kitchen and places to spread out.

Everything was excellent, the super equipped house, the beautiful beach and José was super well, they even waited for us with super freezing coconut water. 100% recommended.

We are very happy, we spent 3 quiet weeks in the house, Geneviève and Charles were very friendly and gave us good recommendations, and Mrs. Narcisa what helps them, excellent cuisine! if they do a stay with them, I would say that it is almost mandatory to try the cuisine of Narcisa

The price is too comfortable for the place, it is beautiful, the pool super clean, the furniture and accommodations of the place look new, air conditioning in each space, the spectacular view, very easy to reach the sea, the restaurant in the area where we were on their recommendation has delicious food and the best of all the attention of the administrators was excellent… 10/10 certainly a place I would return to.

Good location, good hosts, excellent space

A very cozy place, organized, lit and clean. We were able to enjoy a very quiet vacation. Natalia was very attentive to any concerns we had, super recommended!

Nice location! We enjoyed our stay there. Mario and his father are great hosts who gave us good recommendations for the area, and responded always very quickly and friendly. The place is calm and only a few meters to walk to the beach. The beach is clean and comparably quiet. You can eat at small restaurants at the beach or take a InDrive to the town center where you can find some restaurants and a supermarket. Only downside is that the beach restaurants close at about 6pm, but you can ask Mario for contacts of local restaurants who deleliver food. The apartment had a kitchen with minimal equipment and some spices, which was totally fine for our needs. It's also nice that you can smoke everywhere. The rest of the equipment was as described. The bad review about the aggressive dogs can't be confimed, but if you are afraid of dogs i think Mario will keep them away while your there. The surfaces in bath and kitchen could be cleaner but totally within range. We will visit again sometime!

Wonderful place, met and exceeded expectations. Quiet, comfortable , safe and private, in our case, the Apto de José has everything we were looking for to enjoy a few great days with the family, the tranquility and privacy, unbeatable. Recommended totally. We already missed it. We look forward to coming back.
