The apt is as the photos and very clean, excellent attention to Tania. It is a very quiet neighborhood and perfect for rest.

It was a very quiet and pleasant stay. The house was very nice and plenty of space. ) The neighborhood is really quiet and safe. Norma, Edna's sister lives right next door and was attentive to any questions. I would definitely recommend it and repeat it if I go back to Barranquilla.

The place is very spacious, just like the photos. Bonito para passato and close to food squares and mall. We really liked it and they were very nice :). Thank you!

The place was exactly as described. What made this place stand out was Nig and her husband. They were so welcoming and helpful. It felt like visiting your aunt and uncle. I most definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb especially if you are here during the carneval. The location is great and good restaurants around walking distance.

David’s pool house was better than I imagined. Great location he was very responsive to our needs. The staff was fabulous she cleaned daily and she prepared breakfast for us. Highly recommended will rent again once when I return to Barranquilla.

Limited Uber/Taxi services, which is part of the allure. You are genuinely living within a small local community. There are several neighborly dogs that are very friendly, but can serve to awaken you earlier in the morning than you may wish. Welcome to Colombia! The place was as described, while Juan Jose was fantastic with coordinating whatever you may need to amplify your stay.

Excellent, great space

The unit was very comfortable, and a great place to rest while checking out Carnival! Also Tania and her family were incredibly friendly and helpful with navigating the city. The stay was great considering it was a busy time in the city.

The stay at this place was pleasant. I was for work topics and the truth they were very kind, they were very attentive to what we could need.

My family love the place. it is very cozy and comfortable. the location is perfect to go up town or downtown. I felt very safe, since there's security at the entrance 24/7 and they are very polite and helpful. neighbors always willing to help. they even had a public event at the parking lot and there's plenty to do around the city. I definitely will come back and stay here.

Wonderful neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The apartment is bright, comfortable, and safe. I enjoyed having the Hilton next door since cabs were safe and available.

Everything was excellent and well-maintained. Elena fixes issues quickly and practically. I fell and hit me when I mop the apartment and sent me a housekeeper at no extra cost to support me. Great price and I loved not having to use a key if not code on the door.

I loved the apartment, very well cleaned and cared for. Organized, with extra sheets. To keep in mind: The pool in the building opens a little late and the apartment has 1 room and the room without air conditioning.
