The apartment is a duplex. It is accessed by the upstairs from the street. This first floor is a diaphanous space where the living room(with sofa bed), the kitchen and a bathroom are located. My apartment is good for couples and families. It has optical fiber with 600mbps, perfect for working in a very quiet place. Only 3 minutes from the beach. It has a swimming pool you can use. The pool is open all year round, they only close it when there is some maintenance to be done.
