The Host Team (Rafael and Bruna) acted in an exemplary way, always attentive, requested, friendly, explained how to turn on the sauna, hydro and other equipment of the house. We feel welcome. In the middle of this rural warmth, Roge built a house that is a pearl of modern architecture, semi open style, where it is possible to enjoy decorative screens of Pablo Picasso, Tarsila do Amaral and other pieces ranging from Baroque, Bali, Africa and Modernos, all set, so different but so harmonic, demonstrating a sophisticated and improved taste. You don't even want to leave the house.

House is in a well located place, a little far from the center, in a quieter area, but close to supermarkets and other shops. 20 min from downtown Penedo Condominium with a very good structure. Great for spending a season with friends and family.

Loved it!!! I spent the New Year's Eve with my family at Mr. Aquiles' house, with Mrs. Anita taking care of us …I didn't want to leave anymore! It was wonderful! I ate food made on the wood stove and kale that was harvested in the backyard! That's priceless! Loved it all. Spacious house, towels and linens on a whim….Better than in my house! 😊 The bathroom shower with hot water…highly recommend! And on top of that, a mountain look, of stunning nature! Mr Achilles , thank you so much for letting us spend some delicious days at your place!!! Dona Anita, thank you very much for your affection and care with us!!!♥️♥️♥️

Marcos and Paula are very attentive and available to resolve any unforeseen issues. We were very pleased with the accommodation and the condominium premises!

Jackeline was a super requested person, always concerned about our well-being , apt super comfortable and complete. We were already used to go to the flat , great for those who have a child because today they have 2 wonderful recreators , I'm saying this because we're already used to going.

This site is spotless! Have been great days with my family in the “Serra” and I plan to return soon! It is a place with a lot of privacy, breathtaking view, possibility of numerous activities, and a river of crystal clear water passing through the property…it really is a wonderful place!! In addition, it has amazing homemakers (longing for the cakes of Eliane!) and always very helpful owner.

I went with my boyfriend to spend the weekend and we both loved it! I 100% recommend it if what you're looking for is to be surrounded by a lot of nature and privacy. Delicious friozinho. 2 very cute kittens. Internet and TV also work super well. They respond quickly, so if you have any questions just talk to them, they're very attentive. I was afraid my boyfriend would have an allergy (because he's very allergic) but everything was very clean and fragrant.

A wonderful house,very cozy. Rosangela is a great host, she welcomed us super well, me and my mom. Loved the house, everything is clean and tidy, an amazing space that passes a great peace. They were amazing days, very cozy place and house, highlighting to Maureni who welcomed us very well, super attentive and helpful. I recommend it and I think about coming back. As a suggestion would be interesting plus a refrigerator or a freezer, as the house holds a lot of people, a refrigerator only becomes small. Everything else is great thank you very much everyone involved!

The stay was great! To start we were greeted with cake and coffee, after a long trip, it was very nice to receive this affection. All we need were promptly answered. The place is very quiet and has plenty of space. We stayed on the family carnival holiday and everyone liked it very much. There is a bridge near the house that gives access to spout with drinking water, and from there it arrived at the centrinho in 5 min walking, so the location is great.

Our stay was great! Rony is a very requested person, gave us all the tips of the region and solved the small setbacks quickly! The house is very well located, has a natural swimming pool nearby, we made mts things on foot! The house is comfortable and functional!

I was staying for 2 months at the house rented by Gustavo. He is an excellent host, gives all the site tips, is flexible and very kind. The house is perfect, has everything we need, it is located in an area with a lot of vegetation, very close to a little river with waterfalls and conveys a lot of peace. I only have compliments to Gustavo and the stay I had! I intend to come back more often! Deixo here my strong recommendation.

Excellent stay. Perfect. Tadeu extremely helpful. The cottage we stay in is perfect... impeccable. clean spacious. Near the village of Maringá... the noise of the river to sleep is perfect. We'll be back for sure and recommend without the slightest doubt

The chalet is on a quiet street, very close to the waterfalls and Itatiaia National Park, it is a little far from the Center of Maromba, but you can walk there quietly, it is a dirt road with ups and downs, you can go by car too. The cottage is very comfortable, I felt right at home. The hostess Clara is very kind and helpful, she always had a hot cup of coffee to offer us. On a cold night she offered us a pumpkin broth that was delicious, it was comforting, I will never forget it. I highly recommend it and will return more often.

very awesome place! the house is beautiful, and amazingly clean. it is so peaceful and close to nature. the perfect place to meditate and unwind! the swimming pool is private and the water is very clean. the river is very relaxing. the neighborhood can be dangerous. you really need to stick to the big, main roads. do not drive through the neighborhoods or small streets. our uber got shot at and bullets went through the window. nobody was hit but it was scary! be safe!

Our stay at the house was excellent , Mr. Marco a caring , kind and understanding person has always kept us at ease with some valid instructions and we make the most of it we can . The house is what really is in the photo a comfortable and large house. since already thank you very much Mr. Marco !

Great stay in the chalet of Carlos. Attentive and easy-to communicate host and always quickly answered any questions we had. This was the third time that my family and I stayed in the condominium and Carlos's chalet was the best of all we have ever rented. We will definitely return.
