The apartment is a gem, it has everything you need to spend a few days. The house was extremely clean and fragrant. The location is great too, easy to get to and with markets and bakeries nearby. Not to mention Fabrício and Joice who were super helpful and good people. I highly recommend it!!

We loved the apartment. Very cozy and we slept peacefully, the street is not noisy. I'll rent it again when I pass through Barra Mansa. (Only the shower could be a little warmer). They responded quickly and I was able to enter/exit easily, it is also easy to request an Uber for those who do not have a car. Not even three minutes from the bus station. Great experience ☺️

I stayed for 20 days, great location and very comfortable place.

Yago was extremely receptive and attentive. The apartment accommodated 5 people perfectly, located on the 1st floor, parking space, 24-hour concierge, easy access. Nearby restaurants, gyms, markets and pharmacies. Nice shower, air conditioning and turbo fan. Kitchen with pots and cutlery, it would be interesting to provide an Air fryer or Microwave to facilitate the preparation of food on site. In addition, a place that I will return to stay in other opportunities, I recommend it!

The apartment is in a great location in the city, wonderful view, the apartment space is very good, Vitor was very helpful in helping to improve the accommodation for us, he is starting on Airbnb and we see that he is increasingly improving the accommodation, easy communication with the host. Apartment with great location. Easy access to the center. Large apartment with spacious rooms. We use it with a work team. It served us perfectly. The apartment manager also has a very fast response time to resolve any details or requests from guests.

Joana is very helpful, she helped us with everything we needed, very friendly, the Flat is well equipped, cozy and clean, not to mention the structure of the condominium, a good swimming pool, kids space, restaurant, pool bar, game room, and there is also the water park Aldeias das Águas, I recommend visiting, we loved the stay and will certainly return!!!!

We'll be back for sure! The condo offers recreation for children and adults, which is wonderful. Unfortunately, the village condominium has no entrance inside the water park. But it did not disturb our stay, as we walked not 10 minutes to get there.

The hostess was very helpful from the conversations before the booking was confirmed to the time of checkout. The flat is beautiful and super functional. We found the clean and smelling rooms. The kitchenware and appliances make a difference. I couldn't take advantage of all the condo amenities due to lack of time. But the pool really pleased my little daughter. We will come back for sure.

Flávia a very nice person, wonderful space, super clean place. I was already acquainted with the resort, but first time with Flávia and I will definitely return. About the resort I always enjoyed going because it has recreators and a wonderful place for children , a wonderful place for those who want to get out of the routine of the city and leave their children at ease playing.

The stay was peaceful, good for resting. Our intention was to stay close to Aldeia das Águas park for a walk, which we achieved. It is a pity that the exits to the park from inside the hotel were blocked, making it necessary to go through the main entrance on the street. But it's a quiet and quick walk. The hotel has amenities for a good family rest. The apartment meets basic needs, although it does not have a stove, you can prepare quick snacks in the microwave and air fryer. There's not much to do around the city, just the park.
