5 km from the Obernai site, ideally located on the wine route between Strasbourg and Colmar and close to the main tourist sites of central Alsace, we offer a modern 38 m2 studio adjoining the owners' main house with its independent entrance and private parking space. A small outdoor garden equipped with two deckchairs, a table and two armchairs completes the accommodation. The accommodation is located 300 m from a U hypermarket with electric charging stations.

This beautiful 55 m2 apartment, completely renovated in a cocooning spirit, is ideally located in the city center of Molsheim, at the beginning of the Wine Route. If you want to reconnect with nature, you can access several vineyard and forest paths or simply take walks on the bike paths.
