Restaurants, shops, and all amenities are just steps away, and the tourist office is right next to the apartment. The Yonaguni Spa is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

Beautiful new apartment 5 km from Obernai

5 km from the Obernai site, ideally located on the wine route between Strasbourg and Colmar and close to the main tourist sites of central Alsace, we offer a modern studio of 38 m2 adjoining the main house of the owners with its independent entrance and private parking space. A small outdoor garden equipped with two deckchairs, a table and two armchairs, completes the accommodation. The accommodation is located 300 m from a U hypermarket with electric charging stations.

Completely renovated, classified 3*, it is located in a green setting on the wine route in Barr, (wine capital). It is fully equipped, large bay window overlooking the forest where our 4 adorable goats live that you can go see. Very cocoon atmosphere, its large garden borders a river. You will be ideally located on the 1st floor in a typical building of character in a quiet area. I'll share some of my favorite restaurants, tours, etc. with you... This charming 20 m2 studio, renovated in 2022, is located in the village of Gertwiller, a few meters from the gingerbread museums (Fortwenger and LIPS), as well as the vineyards. The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Alsatian house, with low ceilings, formerly housing an old forge. It is fully equipped and welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. There is free street parking (no parking space reserved for the studio in the residence)
