Old house of character at the end of the 18th century recently renovated. The proposed place is 2/3 of the building on the left side. Hosts can enjoy a private entrance and fully dedicated living rooms. Outside, the quietness of the countryside allows you to unwind. On the activity side: a pool table, board games, petanque court, bike, proximity to animals. The house is located 18 km from Bayeux, 25 km from Caen and the landing beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel.

Access close to the A84, only 14 km from Caen, 10 km from Carpiquet Airport. The village has several shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store-bar...) The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
