Very nice apartment and impeccable cleanliness. Andrea is truly an exceptional host, who explains everything in detail and is available in case of need. The apartment is equipped with all the necessities, including air conditioning. The indoor car park is perfect for those travelling by car. It was a great choice for our stay, we came for a concert at the unipol arena, which is very close to the apartment, and we were also able to take a tour of the centre of Bologna, getting around by car was very easy to reach. Highly recommended

First of all, I appreciated the promptness and cordiality in the communications we had with Francesca before arriving at the apartment. Check-in was arranged before arrival, slightly earlier than the scheduled time. Francesca was quick and friendly in explaining the rules and features of the house, also adding tips regarding bars/restaurants in the area. The stay was short, but sufficient to realise the strategic position in which the apartment is located: close to the airport and a few minutes from Bologna station, and therefore from the centre. The apartment was well furnished, as shown in the photographs, clean and tidy. The only thing to note is that it is located near a railway, which, however, at night and with the windows closed, did not disturb us.

Giulia and Dima are so friendly, helpful and accommodating! They picked me up and dropped me off at the train, which was very much appreciated with my huge suitcase. I felt very comfortable in my two week stay, and couldn’t have asked for better hosts.

Absolutely must-see experience. Convenient reserved parking! Beautiful accommodation, super clean and very spacious...! It felt like you were at home. Equipped with all comforts! Also a vacuum cleaner and washing machine. Also very attentive to recycling! Host Chiara is super caring and attentive...! We'll definitely be back!
