Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The house of about 50m2 consists of an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a living room with 2 seats sofa, a bathroom with bathtub, a large hallway and a breathtaking view of the Lunigiana hills...

The Fox's Lair

The house is a rustic stone and wood building in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to hike in the woods and explore the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany, between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with gas stove, wi-fi, sofa bed and for heating for the winter season it has a wood stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with full bathroom with shower, a wooden mezzanine with a single bed.

The house was an old barn now restored with 2 apartments, an agri-restaurant on the lower floor not managed by us, surrounded by the greenery of Lunigiana with a large garden in front of you. It consists of 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbeque in the private fenced area in front of the door and parking. The pool and outdoor garden are shared with the adjacent apartment.
