The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Villetta indipendente a 2 piani con giardino e posto auto, completamente ristrutturata nel 2021. Ubicata all'ombra della pineta a pochi passi dalla spiaggia (5 min) e dalla passeggiata di Marina di Castagneto dove si trovano negozi, ristoranti e altri locali pubblici. La casa ha una ampia terrazza coperta,giardino con divani,bbq,firepit,parking privato. La piscina tra gli ulivi e i vigneti e' ideale per il relax ha un accesso privato alla zona condivisa

Virgi House is a 160 sqm villa, located 3 km far from Siena’s hystorical center. The villa is distributed over three floors. On the first one there is a double bedroom with bathroom and terrace, a large open space living room, a modern kitchen and a bathroom. Downstairs a double bedroom (or 2 single beds), a large bathroom, a study and a bright living room with a loggia from which you can access the private car park and the garden. The property also provides free wifi, air conditioning.

Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.
