It has air conditioning, heating, a kitchen, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and all the amenities to try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is bright and very quiet, you will see that you have no problems resting, and it is located in an unbeatable area of the historic center, 500m from the Barajas Metro station. My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
