Rosemary Barn

Rosemary Barn is a beautifully presented two bedroom barn conversion on a working arable farm in the picturesque rural village of Conington, just 15 minutes from Cambridge and a convenient location for travel to Addenbrooke’s hospital. Conington is home to The White Swan pub which won the Cambridge and District CAMRA Rural Community pub of the year 2023. The barn has been tastefully renovated to include original beams and features but with all modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay.

Our 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

The ground floor features a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, plus a stylish wet room and utility room. A twin bedroom with two single beds is located downstairs, while the lounge’s sofa bed can sleep 2 children. A slim spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where a king-size bedroom overlooks the living space.
