The place was so homey, comfortable and clean. It’s perfect for a family to stay. Eventhough the place is in the middle of packed neighbourhood, we had a great rest because it was so quiet. Will be in my list for a place to stay. Thanks Kristy for the hospitality.

Emi is a responsive host, he even upgraded our room to 2 bedroom one without any charge as some circumstances happened but that's good deal for us. Thou some things are missing there but it's a minor one and we can find the things easily on mini market across the road with really affordable price. Thou it's bit outside of the central but online taxi is easy to book if you want to go anywhere which was not that bad considering we were travelling with a toddler. lots of restaurants nearby and mini market that sell things that you need just across the road. Not everything's perfect but overall it's a quite great experience with the accommodation, would recommend 😊

The place is nice and quite spacious. I’ll definitely will come back!

My 2nd time here! An absolute love staying at Ade's place. This has to be my ultimate stay in Jogja whenever I visit in any occasion. Message to all of you: make sure to wake up around 5.30AM and see how beautiful the sunrise sneaking from Mount Merapi right on the window.

We've stayed around 4 weeks, nice area with almost no traffic, but still close to good warungs or groceries. Communication was easy and fast. Only 1 thing: There is no hot water for the shower.

lokasi di tenggara jogja, masih di dalam ringroad, lingkungan nyaman, tenang, relatif dekat ke pusat kota, rumah nyaman, bersih, great owner.

Rumah yang memiliki desain cukup unik, sangat bersih dan nyaman. Meskipun tidak disediakan sikat dan pasta gigi, namun ada sabun, shampoo, dan handuk bersih. Cukup luas untuk 10-12 orang dengan area parkir yang cukup untuk 3 mobil. Lokasinya memang tidak berada di tengah keramaian yogyakarta. Tapi cukup strategis untuk yang ingin eksplor kawasan selatan dan barat yogyakarta. Apalagi host nya ramah dan responsif. Terima kasih.

rumah nya enak, lokasinya tenang, kasurnya enak, kamarnya jg enak, ada tv di setiap kamar, untuk istirahat malam juga tenang, tidak banyak lalu lalang kendaraan, masuk dari jalan raya ke rumah juga tidak jauh, ac berfungsi dengan baik. terimakasih untuk bantuannya selama kami tinggal di sana.

Puas banget nginep dua malam disini!! buat 5 orang oke la. semua keperluan hampir semuanya ada di homestay ini (laundry, rice cooker, etc). ngerasa worth it nginep disini, ga ngecewain, servicesnya juga oke! thank you!!!

Tinggal di Emm guest house sangat nyaman. Kami memperpanjang 1 hari lagi jadi total 4 hari tinggal disana. Rumah bersih, di ruang tamu dan tiap kamar terdapat AC. Peralatan masak cukup lengkap, kompor listrik, dispenser, kulkas, rice cooker tersedia. Water heater berfungsi ditiap kamar mandi. Disediakan handuk, sabun shampo, sikat gigi dan pasta gigi juga. Mas Himawan mungkin sedikit late respon karena sedang dlm perjalanan keluar negeri, tp dibantu juga dgn istrinya kak Melna yg responnya sgt baik.. Overall it was great 😊 Thank you, dilain waktu kami akan stay disini lagi.

Host nya sangat ramah, penjaga villa nya sangat baik dan cepat dalam merespon apapun yg kita butuhkan selama di villa. Nyaman seperti di rumah sendiri, dekat dari tengah kota jogja, gampang kalo mau cari makan dan minimarket dekat

The place is very nice, close to many temples in Jogja. The house is clean, and the host is very responsive and kind. We requested some additional items that were not in the house, such as a knife, a kids’ bike hairdryer, and the host provided them to us. We would be happy to return there in the future.
